Curiosity changes
what we see.

I’m Leigh. Through stories and conversations, I help people look beyond labels, first impressions, and easy assumptions to discover the human story underneath.

Every person has a story worth seeing.

A little about me

A pharmacist’s precision.
A mother’s heart.
A storyteller’s wonder.

I’m Leigh Peek, PharmD, BCPPS—a board-certified pediatric clinical pharmacist, medical writer, speaker, and founder of Peek Perspectives. My work is rooted in a simple belief: behind every label is a human.

For nearly two decades, I’ve cared for pediatric patients and their families. That experience taught me that the most important part of care is often what cannot be captured in a chart: context, connection, and the courage to stay curious.

Now I bring that lens to rooms far beyond the hospital. Through my writing and speaking, I help people recognize their assumptions, see the humanity in front of them, and build the kind of connection that changes how we care, lead, work, and live.

I live in Oklahoma with my husband and three daughters. I’m currently writing Doses of Humanity: Practicing Curiosity in a World of Assumptions.
